*Overall health and skin can be taken care off with lot of sleep and enough healthy exercises, so make it part of your daily routines. Not getting enough sleep or not having enough body exercises can form wrinkles below your eyes. Do you know that good sleep and healthy exercises are stress busters.
*Beat stress with the best that you can as one harmful effect of stress is that it also harms your skin. You can take a break, indulge in a warm bubble bath or just get some good night sleep.
